1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• You cancel your order before submitting your completed Resume Information Form.

• You are unable to provide the required information within 7 business days, and we have not begun work on your resume.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds once:

• Work has begun on your resume or cover letter

• You’ve submitted your Resume Information Form

• The completed documents have been delivered

3. Revision Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the first draft, we offer one free revision within 5 business days of delivery.
